Alliances Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Alliances Manager to lead and expand our network of technology, channel, and consulting partners. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing partnerships that drive revenue, increase market reach, and enhance the value of our B2B SaaS platform.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute joint go-to-market strategies, co-sell initiatives, and scalable partner programs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building relationships that move the needle—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop & Manage Strategic Alliances: Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with technology partners, system integrators, resellers, and other key alliances.
• Drive Revenue Through Partnerships: Work with partners to co-develop pipeline, close joint deals, and achieve mutual growth targets.
• GTM Strategy: Build and execute joint go-to-market plans that align with partner and company objectives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and enablement.
• Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the training, collateral, and product knowledge they need to succeed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact between partners and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Track & Report Performance: Monitor key metrics (e.g. partner-sourced revenue, engagement, deal velocity) and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or alliances within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and partner ecosystems (e.g. tech alliances, resellers, consultants, marketplaces)
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through partners
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities to oversee joint marketing, sales enablement, and partner programs
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM and partner relationship management (PRM) tools
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with partnerships in verticals like cybersecurity, DevOps, HR tech, or data platforms
• Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce AppExchange) or co-selling with enterprise vendors
• Prior work in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment
