Head of Alliances

About the Role
We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Head of Alliances to define, lead, and scale our global partnership strategy. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our ecosystem of technology partners, system integrators, channel partners, and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance the value of our B2B SaaS platform.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner alignment with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we grow through partnerships at a pivotal stage of our scale-up journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Partnership Strategy & Leadership - Define and execute a scalable partner and alliances strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Ecosystem Development - Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across technology, consulting, and channel ecosystems.
• Revenue Growth Through Alliances - Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue through joint GTM programs, co-selling motions, and pipeline acceleration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align alliance strategy with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless execution and value delivery.
• Partner Enablement & Programs - Build and optimize enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to position, sell, and support our solutions effectively.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting - Establish KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting to measure the success of alliance initiatives and ensure accountability.
• Team Building & Leadership - As needed, build and lead a high-performing alliances team to scale partner operations and delivery globally.
What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in strategic alliances, partnerships, or business development within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate strategic agreements and influence at the executive level
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM strategies including co-marketing, co-selling, and partner enablement
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, product, and customer success
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing partnerships in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally venture-backed or scale-up stage
Nice to Have
• Experience working with major cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and marketplace partnerships
• Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam)
• Background in sectors like cybersecurity, data infrastructure, or developer tools is a plus
